Returns PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise for a refund in its original condition, unwashed, and with packaging to Hilton’s Tent City within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Include a copy of your receipt when sending back to us. |
Note: all climbing equipment and undergarment sales are FINAL SALES and are not returnable or exchangeable. Send all returns to: Hilton’s Tent City Returns Department 272 Friend St. Boston, MA 02114 Returns will be processed within 14 business days and will show up on your credit card within 2 billing cycles. Any merchandise received after the 30 days will be issued a store credit that is valid in perpetuity.
